The thick, outer silicon wrap dissipates impact energy across a wide area, while innovative corner bumpers protect the Surface if it's dropped, even screen down. The integrated and adjustable hand strap reduces fatigue when used for extended use in landscape or portrait orientation. The clever support system allows the user to connect and use the keyboard still. The small strap hooks on the side of the case which allows the keyboard to remain securely closed for travel. The returned goods must be in a resalabel state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories and you must include your RMA number otherwise there will be a delay in processing your refund or your exchange. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
