How do I know which case I need?

Tablet cases, no matter the brand, will vary depending on the model with unique size dimensions, and button & port locations in different places throughout the device. This means you need the case which fits your tablet model.

We’ve made finding the right case as easy as possible - with the model name in each product title, and further compatibility suggestions within the product descriptions.

What do I need to consider when buying a tablet kiosk for my business?

Firstly consider the location of the kiosk, is it required front-of-house for POS or in staff access only areas? Then consider the accessibility needs, you may want to opt for a tilt mount variation if you need the kiosk to adjust to people’s heights. All of our kiosks come with lock and key features to ensure complete security, however we provide additional security accessories for those that need it - here.

What’s included in the locpad Pay Bundle?

Each locpad Pay bundle includes the locpad tablet enclosure, card reader holder, charging cables and the mounting configuration you choose. The ready-to-go bundles come in 3 options: low-profile wall mount, desk mount or freestanding floor mount. Or if you want to build your own contactless solution, choose from our wider range of mounting solutions here.

What is the set-up time for the self-service solutions?

As long as you have an electronic tablet, you can download and set up an account for your chosen POS software.

You’ll also need to purchase a card reader separately some we recommend are: SumUp or Stripe Wisepad 3

Building and assembling the locpad or Bosstab enclosure will take no longer than an hour so you can be ready to use the POS system the same as receipt of you locpad. Use our easy locpad installation guide OR Bosstab installation guide.
