armourdog ships tablet enclosures, mounts and accessories to customers across Europe and internationally.
Whether you're placing a small online order, equipping multiple sites or working on a larger tablet deployment, we'll help you find the most appropriate shipping option for your requirements.
For standard orders, simply enter your delivery address at checkout and our website will calculate the available shipping options and delivery cost for you.
We'll do that for you (okay we won't, the website technology will, but we're taking the credit).
International shipping services
Please note international shipping services only apply to Business to Business transactions. We are not providing international support to B2C sales at this time.
How European shipping works
We work with a number of international courier services, including DHL, FedEx and UPS, using our UK headquarters in Buckinghamshire and our fulfilment centre in Glasgow.

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
VAT & customs
The shipping price shown at checkout normally does not include local import VAT or customs duties.
DAP delivery
Orders are generally shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
Local charges
Any import VAT, customs duty or applicable local charges are normally payable by the recipient.
How your shipping cost is calculated
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the size and weight of your shipment.
Actual or dimensional weight
For DHL shipments, the chargeable weight can be based on either the actual weight or the dimensional (volumetric) weight, whichever is greater.
Our checkout system determines the appropriate shipping charge based on the delivery details you provide.
Want a fully landed price?
If you would prefer to know the total cost including duties and VAT before your order is shipped, we can arrange a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) quotation for eligible destinations.
DHL DDP services are available where appropriate and include a £17.60 DHL duty administration fee, in addition to any applicable duties and taxes.
If you are placing a larger business or project order, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can review the most cost-effective shipping and customs option for you.
Shipping to Ireland
We can provide customers in Ireland with a fully duties- and VAT-inclusive shipping price, so you can understand the landed cost of your order before it is dispatched.

European business orders
Ordering for a business?
If you're purchasing armourdog products on behalf of a European business, please provide your valid VAT number when ordering.
We require a VAT number for B2B international orders so that we can prepare the appropriate commercial and customs documentation and help avoid additional courier administration charges.
For business and project orders, we can also provide formal commercial invoices and the relevant HS/commodity codes required for customs clearance.

Larger orders
For larger orders containing multiple products or components, there may be additional customs administration requirements. Courier companies can charge processing fees for individual commodity codes, so larger orders may require some additional preparation before dispatch.
Ask us about direct-to-Europe factory shipping
If you're purchasing 50 or more products made to order, there may be a more efficient way to get your order to Europe.
For qualifying larger orders, we can generally arrange for the products to ship directly from our manufacturing facilities in China to your European delivery address, rather than shipping the entire order through the UK.
For orders of 50+, there is generally no additional delivery charge for the direct-to-site element.

We ship most armourdog products internationally, including our tablet security enclosures, mounts and accessories.

locpad and Modloc products are normally delivered into our Glasgow fulfilment centre, from where we can arrange onward delivery to customers in the UK, Europe and international destinations.
Bosstab
Bosstab operates a wider international distribution network, with local support available in Europe, the USA, Singapore and other regions.

Available destinations and courier services can vary, and restrictions may occasionally apply due to customs regulations, carrier policies or current international circumstances.

Will I have to pay VAT when ordering from armourdog? +
This depends on your destination, the nature and value of your order and the shipping arrangement used.
For most European orders, the standard shipping price shown at checkout does not include local import VAT or customs duties.

Import duty may apply depending on the destination country, product classification and value of your shipment.
For standard European orders shipped DAP, applicable import charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

Can you provide an EORI number? +
Yes. armourdog/Lente Designs Limited has a UK EORI registration and can provide the relevant customs information required for international shipments.
Can you provide HS or commodity codes? +
Yes. Our products have HS/commodity codes associated with them and these are used when preparing international commercial and customs documentation.
Can you ship large orders directly to Europe? +
Yes. For made to order products, in volume 50+, we can generally arrange direct delivery from our manufacturing facilities in China to your European site.
This can be particularly useful for larger projects and multi-site deployments.

De Minimis Regulation Changes 2026 Be Aware!
The De minimis ruling was an exemption from customs duty for low-value imports. Parcels that once entered duty-free now face duties, processing fees and stricter documentation. The all-in landed cost has gone up.
For the European Union, from July 2026 every parcel entering the EU owes customs duty, regardless of value. Shipments under 150 Euros face a 3 Euro charge per line. American shipments are varying all the time. We're all playing catch up so be aware.

IOSS stands for Import One Stop Shop. It applies only to business-to-consumer (B2C) sales. It is an electronic portal and value-added tax (VAT) scheme in the European Union that simplifies how online sellers pay VAT on goods imported from outside the EU.
