The Shopify supplied cables can be a bit of a squash and a squeeze as they both have 90 degree bends. This means they do need a bit of help to route the cable within the Bosstab or Locpad stands. The Shopify instructions will state that the iPads have to be connected to the base port, so they have to use the angled USB cable as below. The other end is also a 90 degree turn (second pic), so is a bit of a challenge.
If you are unable to feed both cables, please contact us and we can provide an alternative cable for you.
