The custom moulded silicon outer layer absorbs impacts and should prevent damage when the device is dropped onto a hard surface. There is extra padding on the corners of the tablet and a raised front profile to protect the screen. On the back of the case, there is a slip-proof texturing in the case and a ‘kick-stand’ which allows the case to be placed into a hands-free viewing angle. We can also supply a custom, tempered glass screen protector for extra peace-of-mind (please refer to tablet accessories, tempered glass). The returned goods must be in a resalabel state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories and you must include your RMA number otherwise there will be a delay in processing your refund or your exchange. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.
