Returns / Exchange
If you need to return a product purchased from armourdog then you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalabel state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories and you must include your RMA number otherwise there will be a delay in processing your refund or your exchange.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.

Please contact us at sales@armourdog.com to obtain your RMA number before you return any goods.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Any return due to reasons not based on faulty goods , will be refunded EXCLUDING delivery. In respect to our locpad & large bulk order products this will also incur a 10% restocking fee. All made to order goods are NON Refundable.
